UWRF ACM Promo Video

This post was written as a script for a promotional video about the UWRF ACM Student Chapter.

Script

Opening shot of JUSTIN standing in the center of the frame in front of a black-
board, the basic script is written down on the board.

                                JUSTIN
            Do you like computers?

CUT TO: Shot of computer being thrown into frame.

CUT TO: Return to shot of JUSTIN in front of blackboard.

                                JUSTIN
            Then we have the club for you!

TITLE: "ACM"

                                JUSTIN
            Can I leave no--

CUT TO: Shot of computer being thrown into frame.

CUT TO: JUSTIN sitting on a couch.

                                JUSTIN
            What does the ACM do?

CUT TO: Computer in the corner of the room, there is a Let's Play video of Mine-
craft on the screen to make it appear as if JUSTIN is playing a video game.

JUSTIN turns to the camera

                                JUSTIN
            Play Video Games.

CUT TO: JUSTIN sitting on the couch again, this time covered in CAT cables.

                                JUSTIN
            Networking.

JUSTIN looks down at the cables, as if to assess his situation.

                                JUSTIN
            TREVOR... come get me--

CUT TO: A laptop sitting on the room's center table, there is a command prompt
of some sort open on its screen, JUSTIN is typing on it.

CUT TO: Closer shot of just the laptop's screen, revealing that JUSTIN is typ-
ing "we do not condone the use of python" into the command prompt repeatedly.

CUT TO: The previous shot of the laptop on the table. JUSTIN turns to the cam-
era

                                JUSTIN
            Programming.

CUT TO: A pile of miscellaneous electronic components sitting on the table, JUS-
TIN's hands are visible and are fiddling with the components. The camera moves
upwards to reveal JUSTIN's face. JUSTIN is wearing safety glasses to promote
proper PPE.

                                JUSTIN
            Electronics.
